Back up the following areas before beginning the upgrade process. If you're using an Oracle database, ask your database administrator to back up the data. Aee Back up the RiskVision Configuration for more information. The Oracle database back up can only be performed using the Schema Owner account.
If you're using a MySQL database, you must perform the following steps.
To exclude subfolders within the data folder from your backups, use the property com.agiliance.admin.backup.ServerBackupManager.excludeDirectories where the subfolders are separated by a comma, such as "attachments", "reports" and "dashboards". For example, if you want to exclude all 3 folders, you should use the following property value: com.agiliance.admin.backup.ServerBackupManager.excludeDirectories=attachments,reports,dashboards
