Add a Filter

This section explains how to add a filter without conditions. Typically, a filter without any conditions matches all records.

To create a new filter:

1. Open Threat and Vulnerability Manager.
2. Go to Configuration > Filters.
3. Expand the Filter groups.
4. Select a group to which a filter will be added. 
5. Click New. 
6. Add a Name and Description.
7. Select the filter type.
8. Click OK.

The filter is available for assignment.
