By default, the configured reminder and escalation options are sent only to task-performing stakeholders and not to task-aware stakeholders, who receive emails only and cannot transition workflows.
To copy task-aware stakeholders on all reminder and escalation notifications, add the com.agiliance.reminderOrEscaltions.notifyEmailOnlyUsers property to the agiliance.properties file and set it to true. When this property is added, the reminder and escalation notifications are sent out to task-aware stakeholders for all stages and workflow types.
