Upgrade Procedure for Versions 9.0 & Later

The following describes the difference between the RiskVision Server Upgrade Setup installer in versions 9.0 and above, as compared to previous versions.

Upgrade ProcedureThe following changes are specific to the Resolver RiskVision Server Upgrade Setup installer and upgrade procedure: 
  • Before beginning the upgrade setup, stop all services, including Apache, Tomcat, and Job Manager, except the MySQL and JasperReport related services. 
  • The look and feel of the upgrade installer is different. 
ServicesServices have been renamed as: 
  • RiskVision Job Manager
  • RiskVision Apache
  • RiskVision Tomcat
  • RiskVision MySQL
